Annual Tootsie Roll Drive & Road Block

Whitman's annual Tootsie Roll Drive transforms the council’s center into a bustling candy‑collection hub, with volunteers manning bright yellow KofC vests at toll‑booth style stations throughout town. The road‑block runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., inviting residents to drop off donations for local charities while enjoying the festive atmosphere of the Whitman Center.
